Suggestion: Bulk delete
Do you want to delete everything? How would you like to determine what to delete if not everything?
I was thinking maybe use the slack search and delete anything that shows up there? But then if your naming doesn't follow a pattern that allows you to search this doesn't help much. The search feature would work great for things that may be prefixed or suffixed with something specific.
There could be a checkbox, but that's a click spent which you could use to just click the delete button. Maybe this issue is no longer relevant?

I was thinking multi select/select all and delete.
Checkboxes with a select all feature combined with the emoji search would allow you to select swatches of emoji and deselect the ones you want to keep. A feature that limited you to only emoji you uploaded would also be useful.
I'd love to have this feature. For me, using the existing emoji search feature would be great:
