Describe the bug

tldr When "Also check All" is enabled there can be a little bit of lag when switching between the ALL tab and another tab. This could make Automata pick the wrong servant when the game switches tabs.

Example: I told Automata to search for a Castoria in both Caster and ALL tab. Automata fails to find one in the Caster tab but finds one in the ALL tab. Quest is entered. Here's the problem when you try to repeat quest

1. Support selection screen loads in the ALL slot
2. When the "LOADING . . ." disappears Automata will check the Caster tab first
3. If there's too many servants and/or the device is slow it can take a little bit to load the Caster tab, game hangs out
4. The screen is frozen in the ALL tab, but Automata assumes it is in the Caster tab
5. Automata finds a Castoria (ALL) but before it could pick it the game finishes loading and changes to the Caster tab
6. Automata will click whatever position the Castoria was in, but now in the Caster tab. So I ended with a level 100 Skadi instead of the Castoria (ALL).
