Describe the feature

It'd be great if we could tell FGA "hey, if you can, try to find this servant with this CE, but if you can't find one, just find the servant regardless of CE", so e.g. I can set Teatime to be a preferred CE any time it doesn't matter what CE the servant I'm looking for uses, but if there is no servant meeting the requirements while also having Teatime, just fall back to not caring about what CE the servant has.

Same thing could be used for other requirements, e.g. you might need a Waver for your setup, but only for the NP charge, but it'd still be preferable to have the skills maxed out, so it'd be great to have FGA first look for a 10/10/10 Waver, but if it can't find one, instead of just defaulting back to manual you could have it now search for an X/X/X Waver instead.
