not necessary to merge - just useful to know that we work ok with this version (current latest)

@pjfanning Not sure if it is practical, but Github CI could use matrix builds to test out different Hibernate versions. Similar to jackson-datatype-joda or Guava for jackson-datatypes-collections.

It might make sense to increase baseline a bit at any rate, to something more recent (for 2.19.0)
