Add Crop and Extent action to Converseen image action list

Will be good to have Crop&Extent action in Converseen image action list, that cut image borders without resizing, or add borders (filled with pre-defined color) if image have lower resolution.

Magick++ already have crop and extent functions, so seems this is not so hard to implement.
