NEW TOOLS: 'Join Curved Pieces' in Detail mode

Describe the new feature you would like to see in Seamly Add a Join Curved Pieces tool to support the use case of creating Raglan Sleeves and other similar patternmaking techniques.

Two pattern pieces with dissimilarly shaped edges can be connected by selecting two points on each edge, similar to the current Join tool. The linear distance between the points must match.

The paths between the two points are ignored so that any gaps between the two points selected are filled in.
