BUG: Formula assistant crashes with Qt5.15.2 & MacOS

• Describe the bug: "I’ve been using Seamly for quite a few years and love it. I just got a new computer and downloaded the latest version. When I open the properties menu for a point and then click on the formula assistant button the whole program crashes. I am using Mac 12.1 (Monterey). Please help I have a bunch of patterns to make for my business but right now I can’t make any patterns."

• How To Reproduce the bug: "Yes it happens regardless which tool I am using. As soon as I click the fx button, in any window, the program just shuts down."

• What should have happened: The f(x) button should open the f(x) dialog box.

• What's your Desktop OS? MacOS 12.1 Monterey

• What's your Seamly version from Help/About? v2022-01-10

We're having a lot of problems building the app for MacOS 12 Monterey

Just wanted to share I'm also observing this on Seamly2D 0.6.0.1 on MacOS 12.6 (Monterey) as well.

From light testing, it appears to occur once you import the individual's data, and select the fx button. There is no fx button crash when no measurements or empty measurements file are imported.

Actions Taken To Reproduce:

1. Select New Pattern
2. Select Ok
3. Select Measurements>Load Individual (in my case it was in /Users/my_name/seamly2d/measurements/individual/measurements_test.vit with more than one measurement)
4. Select Tools>Point at Distance & Angle
5. Select Point A, and place down a dot.
6. Select the 'fx' button

Expected Result: The f(x) button should open the f(x) dialog box

Actual Result: Seamly2D crashes :(
