Feature: Add a button / menu item to display the file info

New Feature to add a toolbutton and / or menu item to display some info about the current pattern or measurement file. Info should include elements such as version, last saved date, size, author. This would negate having to open the file in a text editor to view the file info.

It would be nice to have such information in the open file dialog -- but this could be a little tricky to code ;-)

Already on my list of items to add. I would most likely add the feature to measurement files, as well as pattern files. Also, as it's common to do, I would place an info [?] Button on the status bar in addition to the file menu - with a keyboard shortcut.
