BUG: Form Layout on Windows at 150% scale

  • When the screen resolution is set to 150% scale, the height and size controls located near the lower left of the user interface are inaccessible due to poor positioning.
  • Set screen resolution to 1920x1080 with 150% scale.
  • The controls should be shown in a layout similar to 100% scale.
