BUG: Seam Allowance "built-in" option doesn't work correctly

  • In Detail/Options/Seam Allowance tab, the "Built In" checkbox removes the seam allowance.

  • The "Built In" checkbox should reverse the seam allowance to the inside of the pattern outline.

This is not really a bug... it;s just a lack of a feature.

In that regard it's a duplicate of my issue #405: Implement a "built in" seam allowance display.
