Feature: Implement a "built in" seam allowance display.

This feature should complete the "built in" seam allowance options by producing the appropriate seam lines and allowances.

My suggestion is to make the "seam allowance" and "built in" options in the dialog mutually exclusive, where you have the choice of neither, an added seam allowance, or a built in seam allowance.
