NEW TOOLS: Delete Draft Block tool

There is no consistent way to delete a pattern piece. The method suggested on the forum (to select the base point and delete it) works except for the case where there is only one pattern piece. Adding a "DELETE PATTERN PIECE" to the pattern piece menu would solve this issue.
