[Feature Request]: Create admin Web UI - Authentication/authorization over download of item messages

The user might want to restrict the download of item messages to authenticated users, and even to a specific set of users (authorization).

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to specify via source code configuration if the download of item messages is required, for a particular topic, to be authenticated and authorized.
