[Hide Chat Icons] settings cannot be edited

Describe the bug

When clicking on the gear icon to edit the plugin's settings, an "unknown error" occurs. The plugin works in Discord, but there is no way to fine tune its behavior without directly editing the code.

Expected behavior

Clicking the gear icon should open a popup to edit the plugin's settings (example shown from another plugin).

To reproduce

click gear icon for Hide Chat Icons plugin in plugins tab.
