[Bug Report] Update Mujoco Ant Datasets

Hello!

I want to know if it's possible to update Mujoco Ant datasets. Those datasets were collected with a bug, external forces in state space (dimensions 27 to 110) are 0. It seems to be a bug in the openai gym ant code which was fixed in v4 version openai gym ant-v4. Some months ago, this bug was also reported #143.

Hi @joseluperez1999, yes, we have plans to regenerate most of the datasets and update the environment versions. However, this will probably take a couple of months to do as we would need to confirm algorithmic performances, etc before releasing the new datasets
