I've spent an hour trying to find information on how can one upload plugin on plugring

I failed

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Please put some text on main page "How to contribute" (maybe if the answer is "It is impossible") - it would save people time anyway

The required steps (many years ago) were the following:

1. You register (if not yet) on the Far Manager forum
2. You apply to administrators about your wishing to enter the "Plugin writers" group
3. You become the member of that group
4. You sign in on the forum
5. You open the Plugring main page in your browser while you're signed in on the forum
6. You see the "Author" link there and click on it
7. You are moved to the page with all actions available for authors
