Dear, what is your Python version? I've tested from Python 3.6 to Python 3.8, which carla0.9.13 is able to be installed. But unfortunately none of the Python environments from 3.6 to 3.8 is able to find highwayen==1.2.0 that you mentioned in your README.md file.

So could you please tell us the exact Python environment requirements you used? At least your Python version. Thanks.
