Amazing work! I'm trying to inferece some images, and found it extremely slow to start. Model loading is so slow, any solution?

I have an idea to change SDXL to LCM-LoRA, which should be much faster, but I haven't experimented yet because I don't know if I can directly change SDXL packages to LCM-LoRA.
