Thank you to @Fandom-OSS for the original work on this excellent plugin; it has not been maintained since 2017, which leaves a lot of its users in an uncomfortable position.

Please see my TypeScript port of this package. It is available on npmjs.org as @xeger/quill-image-actions and @xeger/quill-image-formats and has working examples of how to use. Bug reports and pull requests are welcome!
