Add vertical and horizontal panel functionality within stack panels

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Issue #104.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to nest vertical and horizontal panels inside stack panels.

Describe alternatives you've considered Allowing 'groups' or 'layers' on the same screen, thereby allowing multiple stand-alone layouts on a single screen without the use of utilizing additional desktops. This might end up a little messy on the Windows task bar unless the groups were merged into a single 'window'. No idea if that's even possible. Maybe have another layer of FancyWM's task bar on the top of the screen with a list of the 'layers/groups' instead.
