convert DecentHolograms - bug

1. I can't convert holograms with DecentHolograms.

command: /fancyholograms convert DecentHolograms end

2. please add /fancyholograms convert DecentHolograms all

all - alls holograms with dh

I guess you need to use dots instead of commas in the location. Try to use "399.5", "74.0" and "-543,5"

I'm using the latest version and it's using dots.

I'm using the lastest version, but config.yml maybe old version of dh.
