Reloading plugin is completely broken on latest version

Reloading has always been a issue, but with this latest version it is nuclear. When reloading, it does nothing what so ever, and will sometimes unload the holograms along with commands being unregistered. It is not disabling the plugin keep in mind.

With this issue being in place the only method to reload holograms would be restarting the server.. but NOW another issue resides with this option.. upon saving the updated configuration and rebooting the server the config will revert to the config prior to most recent changes.

This is becoming quite annoying I cannot lie, as reloading issues have been present for quite a while lol.

Note: My configurations are errorless, the issues were able to be replicated with just a simple text adjustment within the config
