Added Malta on the map of world javascript communities

I'm trying to include Malta in the worldwide community of JS conferences

http://maltajs.com is not avaliable. I saw it's google cache but I can not run site. Also it is nice to have twitter account instead of facebook.

Hello :)

Thank you for pointing out the issue we had with the unavailable url. We'll fix it right away! Regarding the twitter account, unfortunately usage of Twitter in Malta is quite low, hence we decided to keep the community just on Facebook. I hope that's still ok to be included on the cityJS list.
