Customization Question: Image instead of Icon?

I've tried figuring this out with CardMod, but it's just not clicking what I need to modify. What I want to do is insert a team logo as the icon vs. using one the the MDI icons for specific sports teams.

Is this feasible/doable with the current setup? (And how, if so?)
