Add option to round/truncate weather temperatures

First off, great card!

It'd be nice to be able to choose a level of rounding for weather temperatures - I'm using open weather map which supplies a single decimal place.. which I don't really care about for max/min on a calendar personally, it starts to clutter the interface.

I think it makes sense from the card, since a) rounding in the weather entity would involve modifying the entire weather entity or creating a custom weather entity.

Would agree, i also tried to create a new weather entity with rounded values, but its a more complex taks due its timeseries. Having a option to round the displayed values would be great.
