Config for custom enchantment labels

This might be a pain in the ass to implement, but considering there's no lang files, I'd love a config for the characters used as icons for each enchantment. I made icons for enchantments in my modpack and I feel like it'd be cool if I could have them show up for those features instead of the more vague letters.
