Having "Creepers can't climb" enabled makes the player unable to climb aswell

The title says it all. When having it enabled, neither ladders nor vines can be climbed. When disabling it, climbing works again. I discovered this by falling down an igloo. Interestingly enough, I didn't get any fall damage. Tested afterwards with a fresh install with only Fabrication and Modmenu. If you need definite proof, I can also record a video of it. :D
