Can you compile the latest commit and try again please. If this doesn't work it has to be upstream and we are better off just waiting for web-greeter.

@crdil Can you try changing [this number](https://github.com/FallingSnow/lightdm-webkit2-material2/blob/master/src/index.js#L54) to something like 10000, recompile, and see if it solves the problem? If that doesn't work maybe try CytoDev's pull request modifications.

Haven't forgotten about this, just fyi. Just need to find some time to make sure there isn't a better way to handle this.

I suggest you start fresh. Delete your setup so far and use the installation guide at https://github.com/FallingSnow/lightdm-webkit2-material2/wiki/Installation.

Mine hasn't been working recently either, will look into it. Btw mike is supposed to be a file in the `/var/lib/AccountsService/users/` directory, with no extension.

tl;dr Change your directory structure so that the issue doesn't occur. Well at least you know what the issue is. It is actually possible to search the directories as well...
