[Feature Request] Hide Existing Media - User Defined Option

Description

I have the "hide available media" selected because I wanted to use JellySeerr soley for find and requesting new media, however, a couple users were confused when no existing media showed up for them. I had to explain I configured it mainly for requesting media.

The confusion was due to them not being able to see available media.

Desired Behavior

Like the "Discover region" and "Discover language", have the "Hide available media" show up for each user as user preference.
