Allow only first season to be requested

Description

With my recent discovery of Prefetcharr, a service which makes sure that the next X unwatched episodes are monitored in Sonarr, it would be awesome if Jellyseerr would allow an admin-configurable setting which allowed only the first season to be requested in Jellyseerr.

This would let me users select whatever shows they wanted but would help me avoid bloat by preventing users from requesting shows with a dozen seasons and only watching the first 3 episodes.

Desired Behavior

When a use selects a show, only the first season is available to request.
