Not working in Microsoft Loop

Microsoft Loop is now in public beta. Although it is fashioned a bit like Notion but it misses basic things like Autogenerated ToC, and this extension is also not working there. It seemed to me that the tags used for retrieving headings might be an issue. So tried hacking around a bit to verify this and changed some tags in runtime but that also failed to work in generating ToC.

Please see if you can at least figure out what is the issue here? I can try raising a PR if the issue is simple enough
