how to disable or remove loudness eq?

as the title says, im trying to figure out how i can disable or remove loudness eq because it does not show up as an option in "enhancements" tab for my device. i can tell its working when i enabled through powershell, everything is way louder so its working but i would like to have an option to disable or remove it when i dont want to use it. thank you

Most easy way would be driver reinstallation. 2nd easy way would be removing your sound configuration in registry, which will trigger a recreation of a fresh one with all default values as soon as driver figures out that config is missing in registry
