1 - Is this command enough to continue working after restarting, if you don't make any changes to the audio driver? 2 - Do these commands use group policy? Do they work on Windows 11 home?

Invoke-WebRequest https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Falcosc/enable-loudness-equalisation/main/EnableLoudness.ps1 -OutFile $env:HOMEPATH\EnableLoudness.ps1 Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser . $env:HOMEPATH\EnableLoudness.ps1

Depends on your driver, it is trail and error for every device.

It just overwrites registry keys mentioned on the main page.
