Bot AI improve
Whenever water is encountered, the bots will try to interrupt their current job and look for a wetsuit, they don't judge whether they actually need it. This doesn't seem reasonable, if bots have clown powers, they should know to use a clown oxygen mask. If the bot has both clown powers and Tiger Thresher genes, it doesn't make any sense to take a break from work and look for a wetsuit. For some weapons that need to be placed in the belt slot, such as assault rifles, automatic shotguns, the bot knows how to use them. But when the bot no longer needs to fight, the bot will drop the weapon instead of putting it back into the belt slot. I know it's not a bug, but it's very unreasonable for a single player player, I can't fix the gear on the bots because they might drop their body armor by trying to wear a wetsuit they don't need at all , or drop their weapons after one fight, and be unarmed the next time they encounter an enemy.
Try giving them all diving masks and a stack of oxygen tanks. It may help with this somewhat.
I play a ton of singleplayer and making each bot have a harpoon and tons of spears plus PUCS and at least one stack of oxygen makes the crew WAY more durable. Make sure to give welding fuel stacks to the welders too.

Thank you for your reply. But there is still a problem. If the crew has clown power and Tiger Thresher Genes at the same time, wearing diving suit is not practical. I hope they can always wear a stronger bulletproof coat, but they often remove the bulletproof coat in order to put on diving suit.

Also the players need to unequip (happens automatically) the body armor when they equip a diving suit. But the bots should automatically re-equip the body armor (also ballistic helmet/hat) that they had to unequip when they take the suit off. If that doesn't work, it's a bug. If this happens, could you post a separate ticket with the steps to reproduce the issue?
Fixed bots not being aware of oxygen low resistance in Regalis11/Barotrauma-development@2ea35f2. Pressure protection was addressed in Regalis11/Barotrauma-development@3c25c22 and is included in the latest unstable. Moving the ticket to review.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't played the game in a while. You mean when the bot doesn't need the diving suit anymore, they will restore the suit to what it was before they put diving suit on? This indeed didn't happen to me, I'll test when I have time if this thread stays open. By the way, should the bots also be re-equip large weapons to their belt slots after use?
They should re-equip the clothing and the armor etc, but not the weapons. The bots prefer to not have the weapons on hand if they don't need them. But they shouldn't drop them either. And they can put the large weapons on their back after firing.
I'll retest this when I have time. In my case they just dropped the large weapons on the ground after firing. They also don't re-equip armor, they are placed in their inventory if there is space in their inventory, otherwise they also dropp armor on the ground.
@itchyOwl Happy holidays. So I recently re-started playing this game and tested. I found that bot would indeed re -equipped body armor, so I might make a mistake before. But about large weapons, bot does throw them on the ground after use. After observation, I found that this happened most often in mechanics and engineers. So I guess this may be because they tried equip tools after using their weapons, so they threw the weapons on the ground.
Tested and merged, closing
