When publishing a mod it allows you to edit the Mod Version text, but after publishing it is ignored

What happened?

At this screen, change the mod version text, i.e. I've changed it to 2.0.0 after a major overhaul:

After publishing, the filelist.xml states that the modversion is equal to 1.0.6

Reproduction steps

1. Make an ItemAssembly
2. Publish it on the Workshop
3. Open the publish menu again, change the mod version
4. Publish it again Expected: item published with the custom version Actual: item keeps the automatic version number
