Lithium and Magnesium have incorrect descriptions

[X] I have searched the issue tracker to check if the issue has already been reported.

Description Lithium doesn't say it explodes in water, while it does. Magnesium say it explodes in water, while it doesn't.

Steps To Reproduce Open the Text files, like EnglishVanilla.xml

Version Stable 0.17.15

Additional information I can confirm the same issue exist in French

In my opinion the effects are correct: Lithium should explode, Magnesium should not. It's just the descriptions that need editing
