Bots prioritize filling the exosuit's storage with oxygen tanks

What happened?

Because the exosuit is tagged with deepdiving, and one of the primary preferred containers for oxygen tanks is deepdiving, bots will try to fill up every valid slot of the exosuit with oxygen tanks when cleaning them up. This isn't a problem with the other suits because they only have one valid slot for an oxygen tank.

Reproduction steps

1. Obtain an exosuit and put it on the floor
2. Make a bunch of oxygen tanks and put them on the floor
3. Tell a bot to clean up
