Wires invisible ingame on specific submarine (No discernable reason in editor)

What happened?
In one of my custom subs (Wolverine), the wires are visible in the editor but not in-game (in-game as in the sub editor's test function and in a proper lobby), even though the wires are not set to be hidden in-game or have altered alpha. Wolverine.zip
Reproduction steps
- Download the attached archive with a submarine file.
- Open the submarine file in the submarine editor and save it as a local mod.
- Observe the presence of visible wires, with standard visibility settings.
- Launch the campaign/mission mode/test mode with the provided submarine.
- Observe the lack of visible wires.

I looked at this submarine and there is nothing to suggest why they don't show, they have colour and alpha, the depth is fine and not hidden behind stuff, Disconnecting the wire and placing it back has it show in game and it shows in editor. Does not show in electricians goggles either.
In a quick 5 minute debug, the draw code doesn't fire at all for these wires. not sure what caused this.
