Scanner failed to be placed in a ruin

What happened?

as the title implies, some incomplete level generation leads to an alien ruin being generated without enough scan targets for me to complete the Scan Alien Ruin mission (2 targets instead of 3). I did not check the issue tracker as I am 95% shure that this is a seed specific problem.

Reproduction steps

seed error, may help to have an alien ruin mission bokensave.zip if the attached save works then it should have the issue If image attachment works then it should be a screenshot of the terminal with the error and showseed command.
