What happened?

The minerals for the mission aren't showing up on the scanner

Reproduction steps

1. Accept a m mining mineral mission
2. Start the mission on your submarine.
3. Ensure the Mineral Scanner is installed, powered on, and active.
4. Use the submarine's Sonar to navigate to the mission area.
5. Observe that the mission-specific mineral deposits do not appear as yellow signals on the Sonar.
