Returning to the server lobby yourself and rejoining the round fails most of the time

Reproduced in autumn-update-hotfix-3 by joining a random server, returning to lobby immediately, and rejoining the round.

What happened?

you get kicked by server beacuse mission count mismatch, missing item...

Reproduction steps

1. join a vanilla late game campaign server
2. join midround
3. return to server lobby yourself
4. rejoin
