Dedicated server ping is reported as '?'. Sorted to bottom of server list

What happened?

When hosting a dedicated server, the ping is reported as unknown ('?'). This causes it to sort to the bottom of the server list regardless of filtering, making it unlikely that players will find it.

Reproduction steps

1. Set up and host a dedicated server
2. Locate the server in the server browser, note the reported ping.

For what it's worth, the server is behind a NAT, is this the cause? Funnily enough, I did host a server on the same network some time ago and I do not recall having this problem.

There are still servers listed with a ? ping running on the latest stable version of the game, so the issue seems to still be there but not sure how to reproduce it.
