Characters fall due to long loading times

What happened?

People with weak computers take a little longer to load than others, which causes their character to fall to the floor on the station or boat. Other people, not realizing that "corpses" are loading, start to loot them. This leads to anarchy all the time! Can you increase the loading timer so people have more time to load and not fall? That would be great! Thanks in advance!

1. Play on a big server for at least an hour or just play from a weak computer

Can confirm seeing this. They start standing up and then face plant comically a split second after I finish loading.
