April 1.21.5 prerelease specifies wrong format/version

The pack.mcmeta of the April 2025 prerelease for 1.21.5 specifies the wrong resource pack format; it says "pack_format": 71 even though it's supposed to say "pack_format": 55 for 1.21.5 resource packs.
