Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To avoid breaking change, we have changed the check for pdbMinAvailableGreaterThanHPAMinReplicas to only check greater values, now we need an pdbMinAvailableEqualThanHPAMinReplicas to check for equal values as well.

Both indicates issues.

Describe alternatives you've considered pdbMinAvailableGreaterThanHPAMinReplicas initially checked for greater or equal, we thought of changing the name to pdbMinAvailableGreaterOrEqualThanHPAMinReplicas but that would be a breaking change for existing users.
