How to use proxy

I key in right proxy address, it returns operation timeout. Does the Fiddler has a External Proxy Setting? So I could use some proxy tools(shadowsocks) to download? just like network->shadowsocks->Fiddler->helper

Currently USBHelperLauncher overrides the proxy setting in Wii U USB Helper, which means that the option cannot be changed at the moment. Fiddler lets you override the gateway, which could be used to use an upstream proxy. I'll look into implementing this in the future.
