Bot not responding to commands

I've recently noticed that the bot no longer seems to be responding to commands. I don't know if it's related to changes that Discord has been making to the API's or if it's something else. I've tried a complete re-build of the executable, with fresh downloads of all dependencies and files. The bot will post in the channel when the server starts and when players join, but any commands posted to chat do not do anything. I am unable to find any logs for the bot, only logs for Factorio itself.
