你不觉得你的问题跟昨天的问题是一个问题吗

ImportError: cannot import name 'PromptLearningConfig' from 'peft.utils'

应该是后面更新了一下requirement没有每个文件都测一下，你可以用这个https://github.com/huggingface/peft/tree/3714aa2fff158fdfa637b2b65952580801d890b2 或者你把报错的那行注释掉，那个影响不大“from peft.utils import PromptLearningConfig”和下面757行那几个(https://github.com/Facico/Chinese-Vicuna/blob/4fd27dfdc6ac23a8bee6b2c8e943261a39cbc8ab/utils.py#L757)

链接没问题啊，就是把peft重装一下
