refactoring and restructuring

I restructured everything so it is a little bit more streamline and formatted the code so it looks more consistent

Basically not much changed in functionality. Things I changed are:

• update and removed some dependencies
• added some minor optimisations to chat (Server messages are not linked to the player view)
• a simple loading wheel will be displayed before angular is initialised
