Move the "utility" bar in the Assets Browser for better accessibility

Move the entire search bar on the top like in this image

Before

If i reduce the Assets Browser width, i can't search or nothing, the screen bellow solve this issue

After

Now, i can search when i reduce de Assets Browser width
